Sorry i havent written in a while but today was chest/bis. Went heavy for chest today while still keeping form. If you wanna learn better form for benching let me know. So 4sets incline, 4sets flat and 4sets peck deck. then for biceps i focused on peak today so i did 4sets heavy close grip preacher, 3sets of concentration curls 25reps each arm, 4sets of cable curls.
